After a challenging winter (to say the very least), we were asked by our local Reservists recruitment team to take a fresh look at their branding - giving it a fresh new look, and running a small digital campaign to boost awareness in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
Reservists come from all backgrounds, and are asked to give just 30 days a year to their local NHS - but the potential to grow in those 30 days is incredible.
Which is where we found our inspiration.
We started with a question: Where could 30 days take you?
Because the NHS Reservist scheme is a chance for people from all walks of life to become part of the NHS, and make a difference to their local community. For some, it’s an entry point into a long-term career - and for others, it’s just a chance to give something back.
The creative.
One big question. A splash of dreamy colour. A diverse cast. And a creative that spun out into videos, posters and more.

With a targeted campaign across Meta and Snapchat, we achieved some truly knockout results - pausing a planned Google Ads rollout because there were so many great applications for the recruitment team to get on board.
Yes, you read that right.
With this campaign, we found too many NHS staff.
